Both street entrances are locked every night from 8pm. to 8am to assure the safety of the residents. The building itself is a modernist work of art, recently renovated, and has a porter.

The apartment is nicely furnished and fully equipped, and is very quiet considering its location. There are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Spacious living room is furnished with a a large divan-style sofa-bed, ideal for relaxinst and a dining table for six people. There is an American style kitchenette.

LOCATION

This apartment is just off Las Ramblas, close to Plaza Real where all the most popular nightclubs are located.. There are many good restaurants and bars in the area, shops, boutiques, banks, etc and Barceloneta beach is within a 15 minutes walk. The apartment is a perfect base for sightseeing and nightlife. Most tourist attractions and major city sites are within a walking distance, or at worst - 10 minutes by public transportation. Metro and bus stations are near by, and it's easy to find a taxi.
