This apartment is located in the Barceleneta area of Barcelona that is at the beach.The surface of each apartment is of 30m2 and it is one open space apartment (loft) that has one bed king size and one sofa bed (that offers additional accomodation for two people). The building is 120 years old and therefore has NO elevator. All of the apartments have air conditioning, heating, TV, DVD, HI-FI, fully equipped open style kitchen and small but cozy bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities such as: sugar, coffee, water, champagne, fruits, salt, oil, vinagar,etc. so that guests can use the kitchen inmediately upon arrival if desired. Extra amenities that are provided are sheets, towels, soap, hair dryer, PC and ADSL 24 hour internet access. In other words, you will feel at home while being away from home.
