Additional Terms and Conditions to Apartment Agreement
All Properties are subject to our Pimero Rentals Terms and Conditions
and subject to an addendum specific to the individual property.

Minimum Stay:
In general, this property has a minimum of three nights with the following exceptions:

For special events, there is a 3-7-night minimum
(Depending on the event) and a surcharge:

Sonimag March 18-March 23 (3nights) + 10%
Easter April 4-April 21 (7nights)+25%
Formula l Car Race April 26-May 4 (7 nights) +25%
Construmat May 25-June 3 (5nights) + 25%
Sonar Festival June 12-June 14 (5 nights) +25%
Grand Prix Motociclismo July 13-July 27 (5 nights) + 15%
World Swimming Championship July 13-July 27 (5 nights) +15%
Police and Fire Games July 27-Aug 4 (7 nights) +25%
Merce Festival Sept 24-Sept 30 (5 nights) +15%
International Dermatology Congress Oct 21-Oct 26 (3 nights) +25$
Barcelona Meeting Point Oct 21-Oct 26 (5 nights) +10%
Tabexpo Nov 25-Nov 28 (3 nights) + 10%
Christmas Dec 12-March 1 (7 nights) +25%
June – Sept 30th There is a minimum of 5 nights.

Departure and Arrivals:
Check in- at 3:00pm
Check out –at 11:00am

Additional cost for late arrivals: after 8PM-$22, after 11AM- $20
(We will try to have the manager accommodate late arrivals if possible)

Cleaning Fee:
There is a one time cleaning fee of $40, which will be included in the price on the confirmation notice.

Security Deposit:
There will be a $165 security deposit requested along with the final rental payment due eight weeks before occupancy.
