The apartment offers the exclusive use of a large terrace on the roof of the building with a wonderful view of the city, including the Cathedral of Barcelona, the church of “Santa Maria del Mar” and the Tibidabo. The apartment is excellently located in a quite part of the “El Born”, next to the “Convent de San Agustí”, the Chocolate Museum, and a stone’s throw away from the Picasso Museum and the famous “Parc de la Ciutadella”. The apartment is divided into two spacious rooms. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a large bathroom with a double shower. The living room, with a sofa-bed, leads into an open kitchen with all amenities. The apartment is fully equipped with satellite TV and a stereo system. Nearby attractions All of the “El Born” and “Las Ramblas” (which is within a ten minute walk) are full of art galleries, designer boutiques, restaurants, bars and clubs. Around the corner there are many museums and places of interest. The “Parc de la Ciutadella” (right next to the “Born”) is a fantastic green area where you can walk, rent bicycles and roller-blades, as well as listen to open-air jazz concerts and watch jugglers in an exciting atmosphere just a fifteen minute walk from the beach.
