Owned and operated by an American-Spanish team, this rustic-designed apartment is located in a beautiful and tranquil residential neighborhood in Barcelona known as Horta. The green metro line runs through this northeastern section of town to usher you into the city center in just 20 minutes. The front door of the guest home is conveniently located in front of the entrance to the metro stop, Valldaura.
Horta offers guests the opportunity to live like the locals, breathe in the fresher air of the city, and enjoy their stay. Don’t worry about missing out on the touristy sights! An extensive, public transport system makes everything throughout the city easily accessible.

This sunny, ground level flat has been tailor designed for travelers looking for home-away-from-home comfort and safety – ideal for families! Great efforts have been made in furnishing it completely with the finest quality items and conveniences including heating / air-conditioning, satellite television, and Telephone / Internet access (charged according to use for both local and long-distance calls). There is a living-dining room that shows off some authentic Catalan architecture in the boveda-style ceiling with its wooden beams.

The kitchen comes equipped with refrigerator-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishes, silverware, pots, pans and cooking utensils. The bathroom has a full bath/shower and plenty of towels. There are two private bedrooms: one with a queen size bed and the other with two single beds. Soft linens and blankets are naturally provided. The living-room sofa also converts into a bed if need be. A luxury for any traveler is the laundry room, which conveniently provides guests with a clothes dryer and iron in addition to the washing machine.

The location of the flat in the city, yet not in the busy city center, permits guest’s access to mingling with the friendly locals. You can buy colorful fruit & vegetables, oven-baked bread, and fresh fish in the nearby markets. The provisions in the flat allow guests to prepare their own meals as if they were at home.
