 Location
This apartment is located in a very popular and beautiful villa with a great
variety of restaurants and bars nearby, which make it ideally suited to family
holidays. The famous discotheque "Sa Cova den Xoroi" is nearby, built in a natural
cave with wonderful views overlooking the sea. The beach of Cala´n Porter
is of fine white sand surrounded by high cliffs and is easily accessible by road
or steps. There is also a small train or bus service to the beach.
Exterior
 The
apartment is situated on one side of the cliffs with spectacular views from the
terraces overlooking the beach and south coastline. Steps from the apartments
gain direct access onto the beach. Please note there are quite a few narrow steps
leading to the apartment, which may be unsuitable for elderly people or small
children.
Interior
The apartment comprises of a lounge / dining room with small open plan kitchen.
There is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, a full bathroom with ½
bath and shower. There is a washing machine. From the lounge French doors lead
out to a balcony with beach and sea views. The furnishings in these apartments
are basic.
