This apartment is in a lively area with a beautiful beach, regular bus service, shops, restaurants, bars, hotels, chemist, in fact everything that is needed for an enjoyable holiday.  The capital Mahon is a 10-minute drive away.

Exterior
This is an attractive, modern detached villa, which has the swimming pool to the back of the house. The pool is approx. 8 x 4 meters and is 3.5' to 4.5' deep with Roman Steps, sunbathing terrace and bread oven style BBQ. The terrace has high walls on either side making it very private for those wishing to relax.

Interior
The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 doubles and 1 twin all with built-in wardrobes.   There is a TV/video in the second bedroom, a full bathroom and a bathroom with shower unit.   The kitchen is modern and well equipped. The sitting/dining room is comfortable and the furnishings are bright and cheerful.   There is also SatelliteTV.

Price includes maid service and linen change if the stay is for over 10 nights. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, liquidizer, and pans of various sizes, sufficient plates and glasses for the capacity of the villa.
