This newly built property is situated in a very nice beach resort. From the upper terrace views of the coast line and the Island of Aire can be enjoyed. This area is a beautiful place for tourists with a beautiful white sandy beach and crystal clear sea. Within walking distance there is a wide variety of restaurants and shops. It is an ideal location for a family holiday.

Exterior
The house has an large outside area with grassed areas, swimming pool and terrace with BBQ, where you can relax, sun bathe and enjoy outdoor meals. The house is distributed on two floors and is light and airy.

Interior
On the ground floor there is the living/dining room with Spanish TV which has direct access to the terrace and pool. Also on this level is the kitchen (with outside access), double bedroom and shower room. On the first floor are two twin bedrooms and a complete bathroom. There is a large upper terrace with sea views.

Price includes maid service and linen change if the stay is for over 10 nights. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, mixer, pots and pans and frying pans of various sizes and crockery and glassware sufficient enough to serve the whole house.
