An attractive modern villa, with lovely sea and coastal views. Located just beside the picturesque and famous fishing village at Binibeca Vell, this villa is just a ten-minute walk to the beaches of Binibeca and Binisafúa and 4 minutes from the lovely rock bathing platforms. There are bars, restaurants, shops and a chemist within walking distance of the villa.

Exterior
The pretty garden, with sea views, at the front of the house has a lawn, trees and flowerbeds. There is a large covered terrace with BBQ, which overlooks the pool area. The pool is approximately 9 x 4 meters.

Interior
The villa is set on three levels with splendid sea and coastal views. From the covered terrace there are French windows with direct access to the lounge / dining room. Just leading off the lounge there is a large double bedroom with bathroom en-suite, a well-equipped kitchen, entrance hall and utility room. On the next level (8 steps) there is a bedroom with 4 bunk beds, a shower room and a further twin bedroom. On the next level (8 steps) there is a master double bedroom with bathroom en-suite and sea views.   The furnishings are modern and bright. There is a Spanish TV and video.

Price includes maid service and linen change if the stay is for over 10 nights. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, liquidizer, and pans of various sizes, sufficient plates and glasses for the capacity of the villa.
