The villa is situated in the countryside while being 10 minutes walk away from the small beach at Binidalí. The village of Sant Climent is a 5 minute drive away, as are the beaches of Binisafuller, Binibequer and Es Canutells.

There are large gardens surrounding the property with trees and grassed areas. There is a large half moon shaped swimming pool with roman steps and large sunbathing terraces. Also in this vicinity is a BBQ and outside bar. The house is spacious and bright with comfortable furnishings. Next to the house live the housekeepers who maintain the gardens and pool during the year.
