Location
This villa is in a popular area with a small pretty beach and wonderful sun bathing. The villas are about 250 yards from the beach. There is a regular bus service, shop and bar-restaurants and tennis courts belonging to a local hotel. The village of Sant Climent is a 5-minute drive away and the beaches of Binisafúa and Biniparratx are about an 8-minute drive from the villa.

Exterior
Two semi-detached villas, sleeping 8 in each property, can be rented together for large friendly families or as individual units.   Both villas have their own pool approx 8 x 4mts; one has the pool to the front and the other to the back of the house, with sunbathing terraces. Both properties have their own enclosed garden and entrance, so are completely independent.

Interior
Each villa comprises: The villas are distributed on two floors. Downstairs there are 2 twin bedrooms, 1 double bedroom, 2 bathrooms, lounge, and dining room. The kitchen is well equipped and leads out to the rear of the house and the garden area. Upstairs there is 1 twin bedroom leading onto a terrace with sea views.   The furnishings are bright and summary, mostly light pine wood.

Price includes maid service and linen change if the stay is for over 10 nights.The kitchen is equipped with washing machine, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, liquidizer, and pans of various sizes, sufficient plates and glasses for the capacity of the villa.
