Terms and Conditions to Apartment Agreement
All Properties are subject to our Pimero
Rentals Terms and Conditions
and subject to an addendum specific to the individual property.
Minimum Stay: Primero Rentals has a minimum of three nights for these properties.
Security Deposit:
A security deposit of $165 is required and will be due in a separate check
with the final rental payment eight weeks before occupancy.
Arrival and Departure Times:
The property is not available until 4PM on the day of your arrival. Your specific
travel arrangements will be communicated to the owner so that they will know when
to expect you. The property must be vacated by 11AM on the day of your departure.
Of course, there will be times when the owner can accommodate different arrival
and departure times with prior notice.
Cleaning Fee:
There is a $55 cleaning fee associated with this apartment and must be paid as
part of the booking deposit upon reservation made with Primero Rentals.
