Terms and Conditions to Apartment Agreement
All Properties are subject to our Pimero
Rentals Terms and Conditions
and subject to an addendum specific to the individual property.
Security Deposit:
The security deposit for this property is $165 and shall be sent with the
final rental payment eight weeks before the occupancy date.
Cleaning Fee:
There is a one-time fee to clean the apartment of $40, which will be added
to the prices at time of reservation.
Certain Amenities:
Towels and bed linen are always provided at no charge.
Taxes:
All taxes are included in prices quoted.
Seasons:
Low season is January 1st to February 1st to the 20th.Normal season is the rest
of the year, except fairs and congresses.
High season is July and August, New Years Eve, Christmas, and Easter, Purisima
holidays (Dec.3rd to Dec. 10th) and other important celebrations, fairs, and congresses
periods.
During these times, the minimum stay of 7 nights can be required. Otherwise,
the minimum stay requirement will be 3 or 4 nights unless otherwise specified.
