Terms and Conditions to Apartment Agreement
All Properties are subject to our Pimero
Rentals Terms and Conditions
and subject to an addendum specific to the individual property.
Minimum Stay:
Primero Rentals requires a 5-night stay at this property.
Security Deposit:
This property requires a $330 security deposit, which will be held in our Cohasset
office for safekeeping. If the apartment has been checked and found in good condition
and there are no outstanding telephone charges, etc, the check will be returned
to you within 4-5 weeks of your occupancy date.
Cleaning fee and taxes:
There is no extra charge for cleaning at this property. All taxes are included
in price list also.
Taxi:
A taxi may be booked if you do so in advance.
