Central heating and Air-conditioning (to be installed May 2004). CD Player and Radio.

The kitchen is fully equipped with Toaster, Coffee maker, Microwave, fridge freezer, Liquidizer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, and Dryer. Safe box provided and Alarm.

*There are 3 standards of service provided with this apartment :

BASIC: guests will find the apartment completely clean upon their arrival when the keys are handed over. The apartment will be cleaned again once the guests depart (or once a week in the case of a stay longer than 7 days)

HIGH : The bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen will be cleaned on a daily basis. The towels and sheets will be changed every three days. Bread, croissants and other breakfast cakes will be supplied every morning for breakfast.

DELUXE : The bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen will be cleaned on a daily basis and the rest of the apartment will be swept and mopped over. The towels and sheets will be changed on a daily basis. A full breakfast will be supplied everyday.
