Terms and Conditions to Apartment Agreement
All Properties are subject to our Pimero
Rentals Terms and Conditions
and subject to an addendum specific to the individual property.
Security Deposit:
There is no security deposit required for this apartment.
Cleaning Fee:
Cleaning fees are included in the price.
Certain Amenities:
Towels and bed linen are always provided at no charge.
Taxes:
Most of these apartments require a 7 % tax that is included in the prices.
Check in and check out times:
Check in is at 4 PM and check out is at 11 AM. Luggage can be left in apartment
building earlier, if needed.
Reception:
There is 24-hour reception in apartment building.
