The apartment will be available for rent from 4pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 11am on the day of departure. Wherever possible the apartment manager will try to accommodate renters who have earlier flight arrivals, or later departures, however this cannot be guaranteed, as the apartments have to be cleaned and checked prior to the arrival of the next guests.
The security deposit of $330 is to cover any breakages or damage to the property or its contents. Primero Rentals will collect this amount along with the last rental payment eight weeks before the date of occupancy. The security check will be kept in the Cohasset office. If the apartment has been found to be in good order and there are no more outstanding balances, the check will be mailed back within 4 weeks of your return. Smoking is NOT permitted in the properties, however it is permitted on the terraces or in the garden areas.
Due to unforeseeable circumstances, we reserve the right to switch a booking to accommodation of equivalent or higher standard.
The owner of the property shall insure the property and the contents of the property, which belong to the owner. Renters are advised to take out their own holiday insurance to cover their own belongings, and any accidents/injuries, which may occur. The owner of the property and Primero Rentals shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss or damage direct or indirect to any property, howsoever cause, sustained or occasioned to any person staying in the property. The owner cannot be held responsible or accountable for any circumstances that they have no control over which a client may consider has had a detrimental effect on their holiday.
The renter will keep the interior of the property in a good and clean condition and not damage or injure the property or any part of it.
The renter shall leave the property at the end of the term in the same clean, state, and condition it was in at the beginning of the rental period allowing for reasonable wear and tear.
The renter shall not do or omit to do anything, which may be or become a nuisance or annoyance to the owners or occupiers of adjoining or nearby properties.
