This apartment is located in a small apartment complex in the golf valley area of Nueva Andalucia and just a 5 minute drive from Puerto Banus.

This luxury 3-bedroom/2-bathroom south-west facing apartment is furnished to a very high standard and consists of a master bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite bathroom which opens out onto the large terrace, second bedroom with twin beds, third bedroom with single bunk-bed (suitable for children) with the added option of a fold out bed and house bathroom. The lounge and dining area opens out onto the large terrace overlooking the garden and pool area.

The terrace has a built in barbecue area and is furnished with dining table and chairs as well as sofa and chairs making it an ideal place to relax and watch the sun go down while enjoying a glass or two of local wine and an evening barbecue. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, oven warmer, fridge/freezer, washer and dishwasher and the apartment also benefits from having hot and cold air conditioning, as well as satellite TV, and music system.

Rental prices are per week and include all linen (except beach towels). For rentals of two weeks or more a change of linen is also included.

Additional services, if needed, include extra maid service, airport transfers, cots, and high chairs, etc.
