RENTAL PERIOD:
The rental period is from 3 PM on the day of arrival and to 10AM on the day of departure .Any variation of these times is by prior arrangement only. Please leave the property (and the kitchen equipment), clean and tidy with the inventory complete. Should you fail to do so and extra cleaners are employed or items of the inventory replaced, the client will be held liable for all such costs incurred.SECURITY DEPOSIT:
A security deposit of $220 is required along with the final rental check eight weeks before the date of occupancy. This check will be returned within 4 weeks of departure date providing the rental property is in good condition and there are no outstanding balances.CONDUCT:
All visitors are required to conduct themselves in a manner, which is acceptable to both the local management company, and to fellow visitors. Disruptive behavior caused by loud music and /or late night/early morning rowdiness will not be tolerated. Failure to comply with this request will result in your being ejected from the property without notice.ACCOMMODATIONS:
All accommodation offered is subject to availability at the time of booking. If for any reason the accommodation originally reserved is not available, Primero Rentals undertakes to provide alternative accommodation of a similar standard.KEYS:
You are responsible for the keys while they are in your possession and for their safe return to the management of the property.LIABILITY:
While Primero Rentals will take extra care to make sure your stay in Costa del Sol is an enjoyable one, Primero Rentals and the property management cannot be held responsible for any injury, loss, or damage however caused. We highly recommended you purchase traveler’s insurance.OCCUPANCY:
As stated in the general terms and conditions of Primero Rentals, this property is reserved only for those people named on the booking form. Extra persons are allowed only with our permission. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all their documentation is in order.
