Terms and Conditions to Apartment Agreement
All Properties are subject to our Pimero
Rentals Terms and Conditions
and subject to an addendum specific to the individual property.
Certain Amenities:
This property provides bed linens, bath towels and a well-equipped kitchen. Please
note that you must provide your own beach towels. There is also satellite TV that
requires a credit card to view Sky programs.
Prices:
The prices listed for this property include taxes, electricity, water, and gas.
Cleaning fee:
There is no cleaning fee for this property. The property is cleaned between guests,
only, unless otherwise specified. During your stay, you are responsible for the
cleanliness of the property.
Keys:
The owner or manager gives the keys to you on arrival at the property. You will
be met there at a time specified by you, subject to their policy of arrival and
departure.
Arrival and Departure times:
Arrivals are usually around 5 PM and departures at 10AM.
Minimum Stay:
There is a minimum stay of 7 days for this property.
Security Deposit:
There is a $300 security deposit for this property and will be due along with
the final rental payment eight weeks before the occupancy date. This check will
be kept in the Boston office and returned within 4 weeks of your occupancy date
provided the apartment is left in good condition and there are no outstanding
bills.
Seasons:
High: July 19-August 31st
Medium: June 1-18, July, September
Winter: January, March, November, and December
Low: April, May, and October
