The farmhouse nestles into the side of a hill and has absolutley superb views across the valley towards the spectacular place that is " El Torcal Natural Park. " It is totally private and secluded, surrounded by olive groves and fruit trees, This villa is a perfect holiday home for larger familes or groups of friends. Its location mid way between the villages of Villanueva de la Concepcion and Casabermeja means there are plenty of choices for those liking to eat out at night. Malaga airport is just a 35 minute drive away.

You approach the house though impressive iron gates which lead up to spacious terraces and the front of the house. There is a covered built in barbecue, which has a delightful outside dining area, which is covered in vines. Steps to a lower terrace lead to the swimming pool and sun terraces. All completely private.

The house is divided into two parts. The first part comprises of a rustic style kitchen/dining room with open fireplace and beamed ceiling, equipped with a sink, fridge freezer, microwave/oven and washing machine.

On the ground floor is a twin bedroom, a small room and alcove under the stairs provides either a small sitting room space which can be used for sleeping accomodation for children. The bathroom is located on the ground floor. Stairs leading to the first floor, where there is a small double room, with a queen size bed ( not recommended for 2 adults ) would be suitable for 1 adult or 2 children and the master bedroom with a king size double bed.

The second part of the house is somewhat larger, accommodation comprises of a spacious living /dining room with open fireplace, leading to a very attractive and fully equipped country style kitchen. There is a dishwasher and washing machine and all other appliances. Also on the ground floor is a shower room and toilet. The upper floor has a bathroom, master bedroom with king size double bed, a further twin bedroom and a large bedroom with bunk beds and a single bed. In total this villa has 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an extra sitting/sleeping area which would accomodate 2 children.

This property is just 15 minutues drive from the N331 motorway, which goes to Antequera (20 mins) Granada (1.45 min) Seville (2 hrs) and Cordoba (1:45mins) Malaga (30 mins) so it really is an ideal base for those who would like to explore the beautiful region of Andalucia. Closer by, the location is a nature lovers paradise. There are many walks to be found. The El Torcal Natural Park, is considered one of Andalucia's most spectacular nature reserves. Also nearby are the El Chorro lakes and gorge - a marvelous place for a day out. One can picnic in the forest and swim in the turquoise clear waters.

As with all the guests at this villa, staff at the nearby hotel are on hand to help you plan your holiday. They can supply babysitters and extra maid service on request. They also have an outside catering service for villa guests, ranging from "food for the freezer" to "rent - a chef" for lunch or dinner at your house.
