Still retaining many original features, such as the wood beamed ceilings, old stone floors and even the food pantry-now integrated into the bathroom, the cottage is charming. Decorated with rustic elegance, the cottage is comfortable and stylish and has all the modern conveniences of the 20th century. Its sister cottage, sits on the adjoining plot of land, both cottages have private entrances and separate, private gardens and swimming pools. They are approx 400 meters apart. Cottages can be rented seperately, or as a pair, ideal for couples who enjoy holidays together, but appreciate privacy and space.

The accomodation comprises of a compact, but fully equipped kitchen, leading to an intimate living /dining area with open fireplace and stone floor. The bedroom is very spacious and has an en suite bathroom . Furnishings are a mix of country fabrics and rustic wood and iron.

Outside there is a built-in covered barbecue area, spacious gardens, and a swimming pool of 8m x 4m. Views are really outstanding. The cottage is secluded, but has easy access to the village of La Joya (approx 2 kilometers away). In the village of La Joya, there is a small supermarket, chemist, bakery, excellent Tapas bars and a bank.

Guests at this villa are able to take advantage of many of the facilties of the nearby hotel.  Hotel staff are always on hand to help you with travel arrangements or give local advice. They can supply daily maid service and babysitters on request.

Tennis, horseback riding, mountain bikes, aroma therapy massage and complimentary treatments, walks and maps of the area, hot air balloon trips are all available through the hotel. Also offered to the villa guests is a catering service for take out menus and " rent-a-chef. "
