This
pretty country villa is a delightful place from which to experience first hand
life in rural Andalucia. Although located in rural countryside, this is an ideal
place for a family holiday as the nearest village, Casabermeja, is only 2 kilometers
away. A typical village, with a bustling town center, many excellent restaurants
and tapas bars and even a couple of disco/pubs, which will please younger members
of the family!
This
villa is a spacious, light and airy house, the accommodation comprises of an open
plan kitchen, equipped with all modern appliances, a very generously proportioned
living/dining room with feature open fireplace and attractive pine furnishings
throughout. There are two large double bedrooms and a further smaller twin room,
which is more suitable for children. There is a fully equipped modern bathroom
and further shower room off the kitchen.
A rather quaint feature of the house is the spiral staircase
leading up to a little tower room with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside.
The room is charmingly decorated with wicker furniture, twin beds and a collection
of Andalucian wall plates. Children love this "secret" room.

More Details
This villa is perfect for "al fresco" living, with a pretty patio leading off
from the kitchen, ample terraces surrounding the house on all sides and an exceptionally
large swimming pool. From the terraces the local flowers and house's own olive
groves compliment the beautiful natural surroundings.
Another unusual feature of this property is the existence of the original bread
oven and enormous old hearth, used for curing hams. Now incorporated into a small
outbuilding off the side of the kitchen patio, it provides a further dining area
and a rather special place to eat on the cooler nights in early spring and autumn.
Guests of the house may also use some of the facilities
of the hotel nearby at extra cost. Available is horseback riding, tennis, mountain
bike hire, video rental, spa treatments and restaurants. Maid service and babysitting
can be provided upon request.
