Terms and Conditions to Apartment Agreement

Security Deposit:
A security deposit of $220 will be required to rent this property.
Amenities:
The prices are "all inclusive". When you stay more than one week, linen and towels are changed once a week and the apartment is cleaned. In addition this house has a modern washing machine in case the guests would like to do their own clothes washing.
Seasons:
Low season: October 1 to May 30
(You have to rent at least two rooms to rent the whole house.)
High season: June 1 to September
(You have to rent at least three rooms to rent the whole house.)
Short story about the house: It was built in 1890 by the Rivero-family. Just around the corner of the house is Plaza Rivero, with a statue of Raphael Rivero, who became famous for having given the city a modern water system. Today his grandson is 85 years, lives in Madrid and is one of wealthiest persons, with considerable stakes in the football-club Real Madrid and the department store-chain Corte Ingles. On Plaza San Marcos, you find Iglesia San Marcos, which started life as a mosque. After the Muslims where driven out of Spain around 1400, the mosque was rebuilt into a church. For many hundred years Iglesia San Marcos was one of the four parish-churches inside the city walls. It is still regarded as high class to be married or buried in San Marcos, and the square is a must for all the main processions during Easter - Semana Santa. It is quite an experience to stand on the balcony of this house and watch the processions passing by down in the street. You can in fact touch some of the holy elements of the processions.
Spanish-lessons can be organized upon request. (Small groups and "one-on-one". Prices for the "one-on-one" is 15 Euro per hour (60 minutes). There are qualified Spanish-teachers who speaks English.
Private Flamenco-dancing and singing in the patio can be organized upon request. Price depends on renter's wishes.
Sightseeing tours can also be organized locally in Jerez de la Frontera and in neighboring areas with an English guide.
There is a smaller apartment on the ground floor, which is more for low-budget travelers.
