Terms and Conditions to Apartment Agreement
All Properties are subject to our Pimero
Rentals Terms and Conditions
and subject to an addendum specific to the individual property.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
The house is available for rental all year and can be rented from 380,00 –
550,00 Euro per week, depending on season, group size etc. The house accommodates
max. 7 persons.
In high season reservations will be for one week or seven nights minimum.
The house may be occupied from 5 p.m. onwards on the first day and must be vacated
before 12 noon on the day of leaving, unless a different arrangement has been
reached.
Our price include:
accommodation; an economical use of electricity, and an average use of water
and gas; clean bedding, -bath towels and a clean house on arrival, use of the
swimming pool costs an extra 8,00 Euro per day.
Reservations will be confirmed on receipt of a 40% non-returnable deposit within
6 days after booking. The outstanding sum is to be paid 6 weeks before the occupying
date. In the case of a last minute booking, reservations will be confirmed on
receipt of the total rental sum within 3 days after booking. In the case of long
term renting, the deposit will be a month rent; booking will be confirmed after
receipt of the first monthly rent.
Form of payment is a bank transfer in Euro to the Caja San Fernando - Avda. de
Andalucia - s/n Barbate, Spain; for U.K. or non EC citizens in Pound Sterling
to Lloyds TSB Bank PLC, Bexleyheath branch.
Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted until 7 days before occupying date: refund of the rental
sum is 50% if the cancellation is 5 weeks before occupying date (o.d); 40% at
4 weeks before o.d.; 30% at 3 weeks before o.d.; 20% at 2 weeks before o.d.; 10
% at one week before o.d.
We reserve the right at all times to cancel any reservation or stay if we believe
the property is being misused or being used for any purpose outside the general
scope of family-holiday renting and/or outside the agreed number of persons.
Arrangements for additional and temporary guests may be negotiated at appointed
time of booking.
Insurance
The proprietor or any agent acting on behalf of the proprietor accepts no liability
for personal accidents, personal injuries or theft of personal property appertaining
to clients. It is advised that clients renting Casa Fuente Cubierta take out their
own travel insurance before setting off on their holiday.
Miscellaneous
The house is self-sufficient in its supply of electricity and water and has been
designed to supply for economical to average daily use.
Clients are expected to respect the property and leave it as they found it
on arrival.
With subsidy from the European Community, a windmill park has recently been
erected on the high hills between Vejer and Barbate. The nearest windmill is at
a distance of 300 m. from the house. However much in favour of renewable energy
we are, we want to warn you that under certain weather conditions you may experience
their sound. We accept no responsibility for any disturbance they might cause,
once you agree on renting the house.
On choosing Casa Fuente Cubierta the client must necessarily accept each of
the conditions expressed.
